From the first 3 paragraphs of the book, I was hooked. I knew I would love this book.
This book was excellently written and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

I went in slightly blind with this book and wow, I was not let down. This book did a great job of keeping the suspense in the background throughout the book, wondering who was behind what was happening. All the while, giving us a great story around the suspense. - Sarah

I loved this book! This book was everything that I wanted in a book: romance, mystery, suspense and everything in between. The author did an amazing job with the scenes in the book allowing me to visualize the scenes in this book. Y'all run don't walk to get this book!  - Shreya

If you are looking for your next page-turner, this book is for you!
I've literally had to force myself to put down this book and go to bed. Otherwise, I would have just stayed awake, skipped work, and finished the book in 1 sitting. Loved it !

The main characters were great, but I really feel in love with the side characters. Everyone needs a Carl in their life! I also really enjoyed the explicit heat leading up to things, but without making it the overall plot. Definitely not clean and closed door, but not exactly spicy either. - E

Troubled Summers didn't disappoint me in any way. The events in the book were so interesting is was nearly impossible for me to stop reading once I started. - Padmapriya

I love that Andy is a strong willed, whiskey loving, independent woman...but she also shows her vulnerable side when the plot warranted it. This book has romance and suspense all in one. It definitely kept my interest from beginning to end. - Brandy
